Sarah says: "Kindness is one of my values and over the years I have made a conscious effort to place a greater focus on being kind - kind to others and to self. When I was younger, I had the misconception that kindness was a sign of weakness, but what I have learnt is that it is much easier to hate. Being kind takes strength and courage and can be difficult. I don’t always get it right but that's what makes me human.
